The Victor New CarbonSonic MAX represents the third generation of Victor’s high-performance synthetic shuttlecock line, engineered to replicate the flight characteristics of traditional feather shuttles while delivering substantially greater durability.

Construction & Materials
At its core, the NCS-MAX features a carbon fiber composite stem that enhances structural strength while maintaining consistent rebound and control. The skirt is constructed from precision-engineered LDPE synthetic feather material, designed to deliver both improved durability and a feather-like feel at contact. The shuttle head has been redesigned with a resin groove that improves stem base stability, anti-deformation performance, and overall hitting feel.

Flight Performance
Optimized feather distribution ensures smooth, accurate flight and better rolling performance, while the aerodynamic construction produces stable trajectories and reliable consistency even during high-speed rallies. Players can expect a flight arc and response that closely mirrors what natural feather shuttles produce — a longstanding challenge for synthetic alternatives.

The NCS-MAX has been officially approved by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for use in BWF Grade 3 tournaments and Junior International tournaments. The synthetic NCS Pro series was used as the official shuttlecock for the U15 category at the 2025 Badminton Asia U15 & U17 Championships in Chengdu, China.
